The Gala 2026: A Celebration of Excellence

Celebrating the people, passion and performance behind a remarkable year. 27 January 2026 | Achievements & Recognition

The Gala 2026 marked a memorable evening of recognition, bringing together outstanding property professionals, leaders and achievers to celebrate the accomplishments of 2025. Held under the organisation's former RTS identity before its transition to ARTRE Realty, this annual celebration reflected a shared commitment to excellence, professional growth and recognising those who consistently strive to achieve more.

The Gala 2026: Recognising Outstanding Achievements

Every achievement begins with dedication, consistency and determination.

The Gala 2026 celebrated outstanding individuals across multiple categories, including sales performance, commission achievements, recruitment, conversion excellence and leadership.

The recognition programme featured prestigious honours such as Top Producer, Elite Sales Performer, Rookie of the Year, Leadership Awards and the RTS ICON Award 2025.

Each award represented more than a milestone. It reflected the effort, perseverance and ambition of individuals who continued to raise their professional standards throughout the year.

Celebrating Leadership and Professional Excellence

Beyond sales achievements, the evening also highlighted leadership, professional development and long-term ambition.

One of the programme's key highlights was Club 313, an exclusive recognition initiative designed to reward exceptional performance with distinctive privileges and opportunities.

These initiatives reflected the organisation's commitment to building a culture where dedication, growth and outstanding results are recognised and valued.

More Than an Awards Ceremony

The Gala 2026 was not simply about presenting awards. It was about bringing people together to appreciate the collective effort behind a successful year.

From leadership moments to celebrating fellow achievers, the occasion represented a shared journey built on hard work, determination and teamwork.

Every recognition served as a reminder that behind great achievements are people who continuously challenge themselves to become better.

Continuing the Journey of Excellence

As the organisation moves forward under ARTRE Realty, the values celebrated during The Gala 2026 continue to shape its professional culture.

The evening stands as an important milestone in our journey, honouring past achievements while inspiring future growth and greater possibilities.

"Because excellence is not simply an achievement. It is a standard we continue to build upon."
